Produced from thermally processed and calibrated sunflower husk — a renewable, plant-based raw material, not a mined or petrochemical feedstock.

Product line

Five grades, 0–0.5 mm to 5–10 mm

The KL series is graded by particle size, and each grade answers a different severity of loss — from seepage and filtration control to total losses. Grade designations match our Technical Data Sheet exactly.

Field application

Applied by Drilling Company Samara at Samaraneftegaz wells — fractions from 200 to 1,250 microns, in rotary drilling and with downhole motors, sealing losses of up to 3 m³/h. Reported as inert to the mud system, with no caking.
